Head of Marketing & Brand

Return to Meet The Team
Q. What is your area of expertise?
I am the Head of Marketing & Brand here at KDR Recruitment and I have been working in the recruitment industry for the last 13 years across the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Before joining KDR I worked at a PLC as part of the STEM marketing team. Prior to that, I worked at a niche recruitment agency working across the life science industry.

Q. What do you love about your job?
A. I love turning concepts and ideas into tangible campaigns, products or services. I love how varied recruitment marketing is, you really have to be knowledgeable within so many different areas because often the teams are relatively small compared to the rest of the business. I have been lucky enough to work in businesses that are creative and innovative and have been able to demonstrate the commercial value of marketing.

Q. What is a little known fact about you?
A. I was once in a fashion show in Italy with an actual water fountain in my hair.
