There are different routes to the graduate programme depending on your situation:

You have defined roles for graduates.

You have a variety of business units that could benefit and are able to rotate graduates around the business over a defined period before they settle in the chosen role

Internship to Hire

You want to test the waters before committing, therefore you offer 3 month, paid internships, leading to permanent offers for those graduates that meet the defined objectives

WHAT IS INVOLVED?

DISCOVERY SESSION

It starts with a discovery session to define a few key indicators of success. Firstly, which route is right for your business, then job descriptions, and internal support

frameworks for the programme. The support frameworks give the students the best environment for them to thrive. We would discuss considerations such as buddy and mentorship schemes, training programmes, and relocation assistance.

OUR COMMITMENT

We work within our local community to engage students early. By running CV clinics and educational workshops we are able to educate students around the types of roles and companies the industry has to offer. By engaging the students early it provides them with insights into the technical and personal skills favoured by the industry and we find it opens up their interest into areas they weren't aware of previously.


We also sponsor The Stars of the Week Award within the local academy which encourages students to go above and beyond, demonstrating the exact types of skills and achievements that companies look for in an employee. The Stars of the Week awards stretch from as early as year 7 right through to A' Level and are supported by local businesses ranging from enterprise to small start ups.
