Head of Recruitment USA

Return to Meet The Team
I am a Managing Consultant at KDR Recruitment, focussing on the US markets. Before joining KDR I was an Assistant Store Manager for Lidl. I worked in retail for over 4 years and really enjoyed my time in that industry. I learnt a lot of new things and part of the role I liked the most was recruiting and training a team and that is what led me to pursue a career in recruitment.

I specialise in team builds, niche finds and developing talent solutions for the complex scale up models my clients can have. Working with candidates and getting to know their motivations also drives me. I essentially love working with people and finding the right solutions for businesses looking to grow their team.

Q. What is your area of expertise?
A. Advising start-ups / high growth companies on Talent Acquisition to scale effectively and efficiently, building out teams across Data & Technology.

Q. What do you love about your job?
A. Working with founders and seeing my clients & candidates success

Q. What is a little-known fact about you?
A. I hate spicy food, 1 Chilli warning is enough for me
