Director of Information Securiity

We are seeking an experienced  Director of Information Security and Data Privacy  to lead and shape our internal strategies and provide expert guidance to our customers. If you are a seasoned professional with a passion for information security, a proven track record in data privacy initiatives, and familiarity with the complexities of AI, we’d love to hear from you.

• Define and implement robust information security and data privacy strategies across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with global data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA) and industry standards.
• Establish and maintain security frameworks, processes, and policies tailored to the unique challenges of AI systems.
• Lead incident response planning and execution, ensuring swift and effective mitigation of security risks.
• Oversee audits and certifications relevant to information security and data privacy.

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers on information security and data privacy best practices, particularly in AI-related contexts.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to support pre-sales efforts, addressing customer concerns about data security and privacy.
• Deliver impactful presentations, whitepapers, and thought leadership to build confidence in our solutions.
• Assist customers in developing and refining their own security and privacy policies.

• 10+ years in information security, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrable experience in data privacy, including the design and implementation of privacy initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of AI systems and the unique security challenges they present.

• Comprehensive understanding of security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2) and privacy regulations.
• Expertise in risk assessment, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong pre-sales or customer-facing experience, with the ability to instill trust and build relationships.

• CISSP, CISM, or equivalent information security certifications.
• CIPP/E, CIPM, or other privacy certifications.
