Are you a data architecture expert with a passion for designing innovative, enterprise-wide data solutions? We’re looking for a Lead Data Architect to lead the design and delivery of best-in-class data architecture, modeling, and governance frameworks within a dynamic insurance business.

As Head of Data Solutions, you will play a critical role in defining and implementing scalable, high-performing data architectures across analytics, master data management (MDM), big data, and cloud-based solutions. You will lead a team of data professionals to create robust, future-proof data models and solutions that drive business insights, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

• Define and implement a strategic data architecture  that supports business objectives, ensuring flexibility, scalability, and resilience.
• Design and optimize data models  to support reporting, analytics, and operational data needs, ensuring consistency and integrity across the enterprise.
• Lead the development of  MDM, big data, and analytics solutions , integrating structured and unstructured data sources.
• Oversee  cloud-based data platforms , ensuring seamless integration and efficient data management.
• Collaborate with technology teams and business stakeholders to  design and implement end-to-end data solutions .
• Build and lead a high-performing data team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

• Extensive experience in data architecture and data modeling , ideally within insurance or financial services.
• Strong technical expertise in  data platforms, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), and big data ecosystems .
• Proven track record of  designing and implementing solutions across analytics, MDM, big data
• Ability to engage with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders to drive data-led decision-making.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a passion for developing talent.
