• Team Leadership:  Guide a team in delivering top-tier software solutions for Data Subject Requests (DSRs), API integrations, and reporting.
• Technical Oversight:  Architect secure, scalable solutions in alignment with the company’s tech standards, while keeping defect rates under 2%.
• Mentorship & Growth:  Onboard and mentor new engineers, fostering a culture of growth and innovation.
• Efficiency-Driven:  Drive productivity improvements, aiming for a 90% sprint delivery rate.

• 8+ years of production-grade experience  in web applications or services
• Python 3 & RESTful API Expertise  using frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI
• Data Store Proficiency:  Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Snowflake, etc.
• Commitment to Quality : Automated testing, CI/CD, and love for writing tests.
