🌟 (Trainee) Recruitment Consultant (USA Desk)   Knutsford (Hybrid 3 days a week)   £20,000-£28,000 + OTE 🌟 (Salary will depend on experience)

Or you may have already had a taste of recruitment but haven’t found the right market or support for you? Either way, KDR Talent Solutions is excited to welcome a Trainee or an existing Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing and growing team! 🚀

Higher fees than the UK and later morning starts to meet the market needs. You can start your day at 11am or 12pm and finish at 7.45pm or 8.45pm with earlier finishes on a Thursday and Friday, so it would suit someone who performs better later in the day.

A typical day? You’ll be sourcing top talent, building relationships with senior market leaders, expanding your industry knowledge, and positioning yourself as an expert in a fast-paced, competitive, and target-driven environment. 🎯
